1. Video Surveillance and Data Processing
1.1.The Hotel processes Guests’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensures the confidentiality of personal Klondaika and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing or disclosure, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction, within the framework of applicable legal requirements.
1.2.The Hotel processes Klondaika data for the following purposes:

1.2.2.To ensure the safety of the Hotel and/or Guests, to Klondaika the life and health of Guests, and to safeguard other rights of the Hotel and Guests (including video and
1.2.3.To provide additional services, conduct Guest surveys, perform market analysis, and collect statistics; to offer the Guest services of the Hotel or carefully selected partner organizations, including personalized offers, based on the Klondaika consent or the Hotel’s legitimate interest in offering additional services.
1.2.4.To conduct Guest surveys, market analysis, Klondaika collection, and organize games and promotions for Guests, based on the Hotel’s legitimate interests in improving its services, enhancing the Guest experience, and developing new products or services, or based on the Guest’s consent.
1.2.5.To comply with legal obligations and Klondaika identity.
1.2.6.To prevent misuse of services and Klondaika proper provision of services; to prevent unauthorized access and unlawful use of services and to ensure information security, based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the Guest’s request, or for compliance with legal obligations.
1.2.7.To improve technical systems, IT infrastructure, service representation on devices, and Klondaika Hotel service development, through testing and improvement of technical systems and IT infrastructure, based on the Hotel’s legitimate interests.
1.2.8.To establish, exercise, and protect legal claims, based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the Guest’s request, compliance with legal obligations, or the Hotel’s legitimate interest in asserting Klondaika claims.
